I am writing to complaint about the poor customer service of your technicianrepair center and the quality of your air-conditioner from your showroom in Mong Kok , which has proved defective after three days of use.
The air conditioner cannot work and had no response after i switch it on. I had called your technician center asking for help. I followed the guidelines given from the technician but the problem still cannot be fixed. I called the center again but there was no response. I have used ABC electrical products for several years and have always been satisfied with your quality. That is why i am shocked at the quality of my air-conditioner.
Since the air-conditioner i bought was defective, i certainly hope you will offer me a replacement setunit and improve the quality of your technician center service.

We usually have quality control before sending any delivery. This is to ensure our products are in good condition to function well. Due to negligence, your air-conditioner was not inspected unfortunately.
We are also sorry about the poor services of our technicianrepair center. We have checked that you made a call during our peak hour. Therefore, there was an insufficient number of technicians to answer calls. We would try to improve this by hiring more technicians.
I have instructed our dispatch department to send you a new air-conditioner this week. They will telephone you to arrange a suitable time to deliver the air-conditioner.(old one?)
